Can I target a land that's in a graveyard with Thespian's Stage?

I want it to become Buried Ruin (that I sacrificed earlier) so I can fetch my Expedition Map back to hand from the graveyard. Can I?

To expand a bit:
Effects are worded precisely in order to indicate how they apply. When a card is on the battlefield, it's a permanent. If it's on the stack, it's a spell. If it's anywhere else, it's just a card.
When an effect mentions a permanent type (such as "creature" or "land"), it's referring to one or more permanents of that type, meaning it can only affect objects on the battlefield. If the effect references a "[type] spell," it means a card (or copy of a card) on the stack. If the effect references a "[type] card," it means a card in a zone other than the battlefield or stack.

No, Thespian's Stage can only target a land that's on the battlefield.
If it could target a land not on the battlefield, it would say "target land card".
