Can I pay convoke cost using creatures that's still under summoning sickness?

I cast Raise the Alarm during my turn. Can I immediately tapped them to help cast Conclave Phalanx ?
Yes, convoke does not care whether a creature has summoning sickness. You can use the tokens to help you pay for the spell.

More specifically, summoning sickness prevents a creature from attacking, and it prevents you from activating any of its activated abilities with the tap or untap symbols in their activation costs.
Tapping for another effect, such as that of Convoke, remains unaffected. You can convoke with creatures with summoning sickness.

Yes you may. Summoning sickness only prevents 2 things: A creature to attack, and using an activated ability that requires tapping in the cost of that ability (ex: Llanowar Elves ).
