Thrash//Threat weirdness

I can't add this card Thrash // Threat to my deck, but yet I see it in other decks. I've even copied their deck, then copied and pasted out of it to my list and it still says it can't be added. Any thoughts or anyone else having this issue?

When you're entering it, are you using one slash (/) or two (//)? It seems to work more reliably with one slash. If that's what you're doing, then I have no idea.

with the double brackets.
