Irresponsible trading?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum...not really sure where it's supposed to go.
I set up a trade for about fifty dollars of cards with another person on here a few weeks ago. Now, I will admit that I took a long time to send out my end (maybe five days or so), because my post office has shitty hours and I'm still in high school, but I finally got them sent out and tracking says they arrived last Friday.
I've been trying to contact the guy who's supposed to send out my cards and he keeps making nasty comments on my deck and user profile, but won't respond when I email him. I assume he hasn't sent his end out yet.
What should I do? Did I just get robbed of fifty bucks?

Well the thing is he appears to be a pretty reputable trader so I'm not sure exactly what went wrong.

"Let's start over. The tracking information from the Post Office says my end of the trade has been delivered. Have you sent out your end yet?"
If he doesn't respond well to that, he's just a dick. I don't do any trading here, so I don't know what your options are for reporting users or leaving negative feedback (if that's even a thing on this site).

You can talk to Epochalyptik and provide him with emails and a "transcript" of what happened.
He is a nice guy and might try to contact him for you.
He has been summoned, so see what he says.

Did your trade partner confirm that they received your end of the cards? If so, then that person should immediately send their cards to you. Anything less is unacceptable.

Seeing as I'm the only pending trader with you, ThisIsBullshit, I think its clear how big an effort you've made to keep this issue anonymous. So I'm going to go ahead and post our email conversation.
- Nov. 2 - YOU: I'm fine with sending first, no big deal. I assume you would like a padded envelope and tracking? I'll get pictures here shortly. (No pics)
- Nov. 5 - ME: That would be great. I will do the same for yours. I was wondering if you sent out the package yet since you did not respond about the tracking. thanks!
- Nov. 5 - HER: I haven't sent out yet I wanted to make sure we were both okay with the sending situation. I'll try and get them in the mail today or tomorrow. (No pics)
- Nov. 7 - HER: Apologies, was not able to send out today. Stupid post office hours. (Still no pics)
- Nov. 7 - ME: Its still very late.. its friday today and we closed the deal last sunday as i recall? Now that youve missed today, you wont be able to send it out till the monday of next week.
- Nov. 7 - HER: I know, I'm currently in school, however, and the post office closes at three. I'm sorry for the lateness. I can send out tomorrow also.
- Nov. 7 - ME: sure
- Nov. 8 - HER: Did you need those cards quickly for something? I don't understand why you're so mad.
- Nov. 12 - HER: Post office has been closed due to pipe issues, and also Veterans Day. Sorry. (Still no pics...)
- Nov. 13 - HER: Sent out today: Tracking #9114999944313245201994. They should be there by Tuesday. Sorry again for the lateness. (Still no pics..)
...and surprise! the Goblin Guide you sent me was Russian (which was not specified). Wish I could've seen pics...

@failurechild88: The comments you left on her deck weren't what I would call nasty, but they were unnecessary nonetheless.
If you sent the cards, email me a tracking number for proof.

If his explanation was inarticulate, let me clear it up for everyone =)
In general, nobody should post to decks for any other reason than to be helpful or to foster brainstorm or creative and constructive, polite discussion. The last comment on that deck was a completely invalid question on this site.

I mean, commenting just to express contempt, disgust, or an otherwise ill attitude is totally your right, I suppose. I just fail to see what is accomplishes. The Internet is not exactly a great place to vent.
