What makes Ash Barrens so much better than Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds?

We will see a re-print of Ash Barrens soon? I sure hope so..$7 for one...that's just crazy!

It should be fairly obvious, which is based on utility and lack of drawbacks. It can function as colorless mana as needed, which the others cannot, and it tutors any basic to hand for one mana without having it come in tapped, which makes a world of difference if you need the use of that specific color of mana during that turn. Considering it only uses that turns Land drop if you want it to, it is considerably better.
