Pili-Pala + Chief Engineer in a shell meant to mimic the legacy counterpart.
Add Red or white for control of course.
Thoughts?

Yeah, I think you actually mean Grand Architect .
We had a kid at my LGS who built a (mostly) mono blue control deck that utilized it and splashed red for some Fireball effect. Can't recall which one....
It was actually pretty good. I think its on here somewhere.
