Orzhov Instant win?

So I was wondering if someone were to get out the Vizkopa Guildmage , Exquisite Blood and extort it with something, is there any way to stop it?

then you do the life drain combo again, when they dont have skullcrack next turn. exquisite blood becomes 4$ card after the orzhov guildmage is printed. xD

infinite life gain, infinite damge. You can be THAT guy in standard. Pumped I traded for a foil Exquisite Blood recently.

i bought them when I thought it was cool to gain life from creatures attacking... :[But my playset of 4$ cards for .50ct each was pretty nifty. On another note, i miss Sanguine Bond , but like that orzhov guildmage is an activatable one.
