This may not belong here, but I have two copies of the card Predatory Sliver, (M14), and they are two different greens. NO KIDDING! Does this just happen, is one counterfeit, Please explain!
I got two copies of M14 Predatory Sliver. When next to each other, the cards have a different tint of green.

Perhaps one is just faded a bit? If, on the very off chance, that it is a fake, just toss it and buy another one? They seem to be only 25 cents or so. I highly doubt anyone would take the time and effort to forge a copy of a Predatory Sliver.

The most likely scenario is that the two cards just ran at two different print runs, and got a slightly different color coating than each other. Bleeding, sharpness, glossiness, and possibly just fading of the color, can give off a slightly different color of the same card.

That's what I was thinking, who'd waste their time fir a Predatory Sliver? I honestly don't think it's faded, I pulled out another and there was also a difference. I was also wondering if theirs a market for this, not as a "playable" card if it's fake, but as a display piece.

Then it'd be a really bad fade, one is almost a light green.

Not particularly. If you had actual mis-printed cards or mis-cut cards, there is a small market for such things. But for a Predatory Sliver, not at all, to be brutally honest. If you had a mis-print of a card with values near Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Mox Sapphire, then you could be looking at some nice moneys.

Ok, though that could'be been a payday, or something.

No such luck, unfortunately. Slightly different color alterations are rather common.

Colour alterations happen in the printing process and are only really worth money if they're on already somewhat rare cards.

The only color difference that I know if that makes a card go from pennies to thousands of dollars is:
Now color isn't the only reason it is so much, the release is also extremely limited because it was never supposed to be released. But I thought I was going to have some good news for you when I clicked on the thread title.
