Wasteland: to buy or not to buy

I'm building my first (budgetish) legacy deck, and the remaining cards I need are 2x Wasteland and 4x Force of Will. I'm planning on waiting for a Force of Will reprint in either IMA or M25 and then I'll buy 4x damaged copies.

For Wasteland, however, I can't decide if it's better to pick them up now or to wait. My trade binder is nearly exhausted, so I'll be buying damaged copies. Currently damaged Tempest copies pop up on tcgplayer for around $19 every few days.

How good of chance does Wasteland have to get reprinted in IMA or M25? How much would it drop? Is it worth the risk of waiting and it spiking from not being in those sets?

Thanks everyone!

I'm not too confident they'd throw that one out there again as they may feel the supply is there to keep things stable. However, it is fair game for a reprint, so who knows. Wizards does inexplicable things at times

I would just wait on ebay until you're lucky. If you have no stress and would even wait for sets released next year, you can wait until you find a forgotten auction as well...I personally wouldn't buy damaged cards because they are harder to resell for a good price later.

I agree with the ebay plan. I got my NM EMA playset for less than $25 each. You can often find a good ebay deal for just 2 or 3 copies that people overlook since they normally buy them in playsets. If you find an auction that ends during the week instead of on Sat or Sun, it also helps.
