Little Friendly Reminder to Save Investment Findings on Your Expeditions

As some of people here may have already experienced, opening BFZ Expeditions can be a disappointing venture. Why you may ask, when you are getting $100-$300 in value from one card? Well, sure you get that card, but then you realize that it is damaged STRAIGHT OUT OF THE PACKAGE. This has happened on too many occasions, and I've seen it while watching LSGs' videos of them opening cases of BFZ for card stock.

Little more info about it here, plus a comment in the comment box about where to go to rectify this problem (unfortunately, that link, even though made today, has expired). You can mail your damaged card to WotC and get it replaced with a fresh one. For a card this expensive, you could be saving yourself $25+ or so.

I actually have one I want to send in I emailed wizards about it and never got a response back I plan to call them soon about it but I am just saying that if people try to email them they may not get a response

I haven't opened up an Expedition land yet, so I'm lucky, right? Right?

Right?

(Also looks like they learned nothing from Modern Masters 2015.)

Femme_Fatale ~ how are they getting damaged fresh out of the pack? I've never heard of this.

WotC product has become increasingly low quality over the past few seasons. More and more cuts are being made in the production line and we can see this in the number of misprints, uncuts or even cards that aren't supposed to be in the set. The Expeditions appear to have been a victim of a particular production line low quality standard. The only two explanations I can think of as to why WotC would do this is because A) they are lazy, or B) they are trying to cut costs for profit.

hmm... Yeah, I have a Misty Rainforest and Arid Mesa which both have that scuffing on the right edge of the card. I also pulled a Stomping Ground that didn't have that. Being Canadian, and living in Canada, I don't know if there is a better way to go about it... personally I don't even know if it would depreciate the value of the card THAT much (considering it's still mint condition otherwise), but yes they were like that right out of the packs. I will definitely consider it though.

@EmblemMan

Did you have to provide a receipt for them to replace it? The fatpacks I got from pre-order were ordered from a friend so I do not have it. Did they give you a time frame for how long it would take to replace it?
