Mono black deck (late game win)

So I'm trying to make this deck aggressive for more of a late game win and I think I have it down with the suggestions that someone gave me but I was just seeing if anybody else had card suggestions for this deck or and different combos or something to that idea or do you think it would work really good that way its set up??Mono Black Deck (Suffer or Die, your choice) thanks for taking a look and taking the time to do so :)
I built a Phylactery Lich deck a while back. I suggest two things to make him an absolute win condition. Inquisitor's Flail because he isn't affected by the drawback, and Loxodon Warhammer because without Trample he'll get chump blocked all day (both are cheap online). He's a great creature to build a deck around, but he isn't great in a deck that isn't devoted to him.

"So I'm trying to make this deck aggressive for more of a late game win". Well ,there's your problem. This is kind of contradictory.
Lich is a terrible idea - sure, three devotion is nice and a 5/5 indestructible, but that means you have to devote 8 cards to just him so he can actually stay on the field. Not really worth it when you get the same devotion and playability out of Nightveil Specter.
