I've always wondered about building a deck where when your opponent taps land he gets hit with damage I don't know what type of deck that would be called. I know there are cards that do it I just need help finding them thanks

Manabarbs and Burning Earth are what immediately come to mind for the damage, but you could also play stuff like War's Toll to make the opponent want to tap their lands sounds like a good idea. Overabundance also damages upon tapping, but doubles mana production. Scald damages players for tapping Islands, so it might be a good sideboard tech.
