Not sure if I'm seeing right, but You mention that You hate Blue and don't run Boiling Seas or Boil? Or at least Scald or Curse of Marit Lage.

Manabarbs and Burning Earth are what immediately come to mind for the damage, but you could also play stuff like War's Toll to make the opponent want to tap their lands sounds like a good idea. Overabundance also damages upon tapping, but doubles mana production. Scald damages players for tapping Islands, so it might be a good sideboard tech.

Blue Hate: Boil, Boiling Seas, Scald, Stranglehold, Curse of Marit Lage, Mana Web, Defense Grid, Sirocco, and Spinal Villain.

I know: Seems silly to waste perfectly good slots on one color but fk those water-lovin' cry babies.

The only things I found even close to more cards like those are Tectonic Instability, Invader Parasite, Overabundance, Scald, Storm Cauldron, and Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger.

Most, if not all of those, are not exactly the type of cards that seem like they would be all that powerful in the deck you're building... However, maybe among the following cards, you might find cards you like that are close enough to that strategy: Avatar of Fury, Gift of Estates, Knight of the White Orchid, Land Tax, Oreskos Explorer, Rivalry, Surveyor's Scope, Tithe, Weathered Wayfarer, Acidic Soil, Carpet of Flowers, Ignition Team, Price of Progress, Power Surge (This one is really the only one that I really like...), and Primal Order.

@ thewyzman - If there is really a ton of floating around consider this Zedruu the Greathearted. It's the most flexible commander you will ever meet because there are always at least 10+ permanents tailored to any situation and pretty much every deck likes to draw cards.

Cards to give away that mess up more than other colors (typically):

Citadel of Pain
Price of Glory - They lose lands if they counter.
Tectonic Instability - Forces them to play lands OR counters.
Scald - You have to build using non-islands but it's easy since all the cards that hate on are red enchantments.
Power Surge - Further encourages a tap-out and pass playstyle, something a deck with 20 counters isn't very good at.
In the Eye of Chaos - Makes all instants cost twice as much.
Trinisphere - Makes all the cheap "competitive" counters such as Remand and Swan Song cost even more.
Tsabo's Web - Ruins man-lands and utility lands.

The LAST thing you want to do is play Rule of Law. It's a trap, don't do it!
