I really need some way to tutor for my combo pieces, and right now I am having difficulty choosing between Congregation at Dawn and Commune with the Gods .

I am also on a very very tight budget just because I am trying to see how cheap a good deck can be.

Can anyone help me?

Uh. Well, Commune with the Gods can whiff and Congregation at Dawn won't.

Isn't that enough?

Eladamri's Call ? You say budget but not what your $ limit is. Call is $4 on the low end.

Altar of Bone is also good if you can afford to sac a token.

Ohthenoises: By budget, I mean really low. Look at the deck price and you'll see what I am talking about.

zandl: It doesn't have to be one of those, but I guess Congregation at Dawn is the best that is like $.50.

There may be others, but Congregation at Dawn seems to fit pretty well and you can't really beat the price.
