Help me tune this rough idea

Check out the deck here

I've just started to build a Derevi deck and need some help to make it great. I haven't played it yet and I would like to hear what you think I need and what to cut. So far I have removed some stuff from the precon and added some cards that I think is nice. Some of them might not be effective or good in this deck, let me know if you find them, some cards maybe don't match what I want to do, it's just me who fancy them.

I don't like infinite combos, so I would like some other win-cons. Please give me some ideas here, my other decks just go to combat with a lot/big creatures, this time I would like to play a bit more control.

What do I need more of to get this deck balanced? What do I have to much of?

What I would like to do

I want to build a controlling, fun (mostly for me) to play Derevi deck. I don't like infinit combos and would like the deck to be able to play out different every time. But what should my win cons be? This is my first try to build a more controlling EDH deck.

I like to draw a lot of cards so that I always have a lot of choices and answers. I also like to ramp and create the mana needed to play the spells.

I want to abuse ETB triggers by flickering creatures and use the untap ability on Derevi to be able to tap my creatures for extra value. Maybe steal a creature and the flicker it so it becomes mine.

When the opponents decides to attack me, they should not feel safe and they should regret it.

I'm happy for all the ideas and comments you can give me! Thanks :)

Bird tribal! Airborne Aid, Coastal Piracy and Bident of Thassa draw you lots of cards Edric, Spymaster of Trest style. I'm only being half serious because that's an idea I'm thinking about myself. You can still utilize Aura Shards effectively or even Glare of Subdual with bird tokens and/or cheap birds. The latter would work swell with the blink strat you were wanting.
