Refining creepy baby

I would appreciate a hand in cutting down and also any advice on perhaps something I'm missing.
My meta is pretty open, as I play with 3 groups. The other players tend to be fairly spikey, although I'm not running into CVT, breakfast hulk, or the like. My goal with the deck is to control until I get a combo finish. My budget is roughly 20$ per card. I am open to most changes.
My combo wins include Reveillark/Karmic Guide loops, Felidar Guardian loops with aminatou, Oath of Teferi, or Restoration Angel. With piranah marsh, vela, and Alter of the brood being the main pay offs.
Ps. Have not had the opportunity to upload my mana base yet, includes shocks, fetches, and whatnot.
