Runlue Yeah, schools around where I live get out around 3-4pm or 15-16, so that doesn't work.

Yesterday - He made a post at around noon time. His one earlier than that was at 8 and then his next one after the noon post was at around 4 p.m.
His posts tend to be in the morning or mid to late afternoon.

On tuesday - He posted at around 7:30 a.m. Then twice at around 11:30 - Noon (Lunch break maybe?)Then later at 5:08 p.m.

Nef that is too inconsistent to be a school kid or teacher. I'm thinking college kid. His style of writing definitely indicates someone under the age of 30, but old enough to be in high school or above (I'm thinking above). There are a lot of colleges on the East Coast, so that is promising, and from your research it doesn't seem that he did much during non-E.T. days.
Anyways, I don't think there's much else we can derive from this, though I'm leaning towards Virginia/Carolina and south. His style doesn't have much "Northeastern lingo" to it, but it isn't a "Southern drawl."
That is the best I can do, hope that someone can find this out, I'll be watching the progress with great interest.

what time zone does he live in? it shows the time for each comment he posts and for me it is 6:07 and he posted stuff at 7:56 before me, see if you can figure it out.

Indeed. Quite late. Nef, see if you can put together a list of times he has posted. One way to find more posts is simply to do FAMOUSWATERMELON site:tappedout.net on Google. Go ahead and put all the data points into a table and look at it. (From my Facebook activity/posting, you can tell when I'm sleeping.)
One thing we can already tell from this is that FAMOUSWATERMELON is somewhere from GMT-5.00 to GMT-9.00. This definitely places him in the United States or Canada, although I'm sure FAMOUSWATERMELON will be quick to point out he could work odd night hours in Ethiopia, for example.
Thus far: lives in US or Canada, is likely a college student. leaning Eastern US

One more: lack of knowledge of Westboro Baptist means he's not in Kansas, or likely a place like Portland (as a higher percentage of those citizens would know about it). Also probably not a place with high gay populations, so likely not San Francisco.
This eliminates one somewhat cloudy city.

Whatever here's my guess. His time seems to put him in America. He asked for weather and didn't flinch when replied in celcius, so he's either smart or Canadian. And he said it's cold outside. So mystery man lives in Montreal. (been snowing all week here lol).

Westboro Baptist Church is rather infamous all over America. I'm betting Canada. Perhaps close to the Great Lakes, as someone previously mentioned, due to the colder weather.
Has fairly regular hours, yet censored "fuck" on his page. Probably a high school student. Occasionally posting from a phone during lunch hours.
More evidence of high school student is use of the word "Alright" instead of "All right." While the former is gaining popularity at an exponential rate, it is primarily through the younger generations.
Ended a sentence with a preposition. Not a grammar nazi.
Use of acronym FTW on his page suggests a younger age.
My guess is tenth grader in Vancouver.
East coast would put him three hours behind TappedOut's internal clock. This would align with his typical posting hours, but is a bit off for lunch. Perhaps a study hall of sorts?

It's fairly easy to find more. As I mentioned earlier, you can use google to dig through the website. I'm currently using "FAMOUSWATERMELON just chatting site:tappedout.net" but you might try replacing "just chatting" with "comment stream" if you've got some free time.
