20-1 record since the crabs —Sept. 21, 2020

Started at Bronze. Got platinum. Discovered the glory of crabs. Now diamond level 1. Also smashed a Bo1 event.

I think my comment was misinterpreted. My bad.

I do think Ranked is binary right now (most of the forums agree), but I play this deck myself and most people not playing the mirror or Omnath auto-concede.

I like this build; the Into the Story really pushes it over the edge, and added it to my own (it's similar with some minor tweaks). The only recommendation I have is putting Zulaport Duelist over Faerie Vandal.

I still disagree entirely. Standard is wide open, and the mythic invitational that just took place had 6 different archetypes in the top 8. That was historic.

The Hooglandia Open series tournament that took place this weekend saw 5 different archetypes make the top 8, for standard

So both versions of ranked that you can play on Arena has a diverse meta.

And for the record, neither this deck nor Omnath ramp made it into the finals.

I wouldn't know or care about that mythic invitational? I'm talking about normal day-to-day players, and yours truly, reporting our experiences. I'm very glad you're not experiencing that, but nonetheless.

Have a good night.

The mythic invitational (formerly known as the Pro Tour) is usually a depiction of the meta.

If you look at Eldrazi Winter, a good 50% of the format was one deck.

This is not happening. People are going to look at the mythic invitational results, see that there are a bunch of different archetypes, and then build whatever they want.

I’m sorry you somehow only play the same 2 decks over and over again, but that’s not consistent with the current meta.
