Added synergy to Ad Nauseam, removal of Infect. —July 5, 2016
I decided to take out all of my infect cards for an additional wheel in Wheel and Deal, Lich and Chandra, Flamecaller.
Chadra provides even one more wheel effect, and Wheel and Deal is just fantastic. I mean, it's an instant speed wheel. It's awesome.
Lich provides amazing synergy with Ad Nauseam. Not as great if the deck had white, but it's the closest Grixis can come to Phyrexian Unlife and Angel's Grace.
My reasoning for taking out my infect damage is simply that I really never used it to win. Either I did 40 damage by turn 4, or I won with Laboratory Maniac. I haven't won with Infect once, so I removed it all together, because as soon as people see that I can give Nekusar infect, the deck gets all the hate, instantly.
