Because it's useless I have a Palisade Giant out and I would much rather cast an Angel on turn 7 then the Giant Possession combo.

Looking at your list, I think you have the wrong number of liliana in this deck. Don't be deceived, liliana is not really a planeswalker, but rather a Cruel Edict in diguise. She does other stuff too, like take a hit for you and give you a better control match-up, but that is how you have to think of her when playing. With that in mind, you should be running a playset as long as your mana base can handle it. She is just that good.

Yeah, you're right. What should I take out for her?

I would take out Victim of Night . That way the burden on your mana base will not increase and the amount of removal will stay constant.

No Lingering Souls ? They buy time as chumps, get boosted by Sorin, and can even come back from board sweepers, the versatile lil buggers.

Chubbub - I'm interested in how this deck works, I really can't imagine it because I've never built anything like it. I assume it depends on Sorin to actually win? But I'm not sure. What happens if somebody just uses burn on your planeswalkers ? And what happens if somebody just keeps a creature or two in hand to stop the board wipes from being effective? Sorry, I just don't understand this archetype that much!

Hair_Titan: I am really on the fence with them. They wouldn't get boosted from Sorin, because I would never bother to do his emblem. I just don't think they would be used amazingly in this deck. I have yet to test it though, so I might put them in.

ChiefBell: I kinda just made this deck because I thought it would be pretty fun to lay, and awesome to win with. You're correct that Sorin is a win-con, but so is Jace. There are definitely a lot of flaws in this, and I'll try and fix them oncce I get a chance to FNM again.

Thanks!

I wasn't criticising, I just wondered. I have absolutely no constructive feedback to give because my collective experience of playing with or against a deck like this is 0 haha.

I like it, but I may be misunderstanding something here; there appears to be only 42 cards in the mainboard? Either way, I like it. +1 :)

Chubbub says... #15

Yeah it's a prototype. The cards in the maybeboard are cards I need to complete it and the sideboard. Thanks for +1.

This is very nice! I know personally I just picked up a foil play set of High Priest of Penance and they have worked me wonders! I also suggest you take out Victim of Night ...

What should I take out for them, other than the one Victim of Night?

Chubbub says... #19

Uh, I'm playing a playset.

February 3, 2013 4:16 p.m.

Its funny that kmilan said that because i think 1 less Supreme Verdict could do you some good... Take out 1 verdict for 1 priest...
