Monday Night Modern @ Tactical Advantage —April 11, 2016

Three rounds with twelve players, best of three hands.

First round: Versus Mono-White Souls Sisters
Lost hand 1 to poor land development. Hand 2 was won with the "Cat Cannon" and Hand 3 was both drawn with Ajani's Chosen + Enchanted Evening .

Second round: Versus Blue/White Heroic Aggro
Hand 1 was lost to a lucky pull with Daxos of Meletis. It's ability pulled an Oblivion Ring out of my deck and that was used to steal away Stuffy Doll. Hand 2 was drawn with Pariah + Stuffy Doll and hand 3 was won with the "Cat Cannon".

Third Round: Versus Red/Black Standard Madness and Vampires
Hand 1 was won with the "Cat Cannon". Hand 2 was drawn by Pariah + Stuffy Doll (my opponent willingly attacked while the combo was out) and hand 3 was lost just one turn from winning.

Overall I scored 4/9 points and placed fifth. The judge running the tournament tried to tell me drawing the game isn't as good as winning but I find I would have placed at least two rankings lower if I had one less draw.

This tournament gave me some insight and I was able to reduce Diplomatic Immunity's card count from 69 to 61 cards.
