Can always use some more rocks for that mana acceleration and casting and recasting that beast of a general you play. I would suggest Sol Ring , Gilded Lotus , Darksteel Ingot , MindStone, and Chromatic Lantern .

essiga9 I do not want to use mana rocks in this deck; I recently took out Darksteel Ingot because...lands are just better 99.999% of the time. Sure, I could load up on mana rocks and get my general out turn 3 or 4...but then what? I draw more mana rocks?

Solid acceleration through lands is a much better method of playing this style of deck.

If you're running the original duals, then Skyshroud Claim is better than Explosive Vegetation by virtue of being able to pull them in untapped (you'd still have to take the damage for shocklands to come in untapped, but they'd be a better choice if you have no other use for two lands that turn).

Run both. I mean skyshroud and explosive. Deck seems fun but the lands base does seem a little random. Looks like you just threw all your favorite lands in a deck. Dessert Temple, Darkslick shores, Gim-leaf palace, ect. Some of the lands just have stipulations that hold you back. You don't want to slow down when people second turn Bribery and take your Kozilek or Ulamog.

re: Coucho_Marx and EDHLOVE Ya, I need a copy of Skyshroud Claim. I know. As for Deserted Temple - its really good untapping utility lands like High Market, Miren, Backwoods (and when I get one, Diamond Valley.) Luckily, there are no turn 2 (or 3 or even 4) Bribery in my meta. No one really runs it.
