Balefire —May 6, 2012
Swapped out Angel of Jubilation for Balefire Liege. The extra mana cost was greatly overshadowed by the less intense color cost and the amazing buff and utility the card has. A good portion of my creatures get +2/+2 from it and the dual colored spells will trigger both activated abilities.
I think the mana base looks fine. One thing I will say is that you might want to swap out arrest for O-rings, since O-rings are basically the same thing but more effective/versatile.
Also, Boros Swiftblade is pretty mediocre without something to buff him up beyond angel of jubilation. He is alright, but you might have a better option waiting for that slot.
Also, this deck looks like it is legal in modern to me. You might have a better time there, considering how much cheese is in Legacy.

I'm really not sure why I overlooked O-ring. And I agree about Boros Swiftblade. Hes okay, not great but he can be nice with a Slayers' Stronghold. Hes definitely on the replacement list If I can find something better to fit in here.

If you've got them lying around or are willing to spend the money then 4x Arid Mesa
would be a nice addition to the mana base.
