It's always great to see another Haz' deck on T/O, and yours looks very solid. +1!

I wanted to ask how Land Tax plays. I've got one, and while I love it in a Boros or Orzhov deck, I've been hesitant to play it with Haz ... I'm just a little worried it might whiff too often. Really appreciate your thoughts.

One recommendation: Strionic Resonator. You have a bunch of cards with "when, whenever, or at" abilities, plus it's especially amazing as Hazezon Tamar + Strionic Resonator , to copy both his initial triggered ability ("When Hazezon Tamar enters the battlefield") and/or his delayed trigger ability ("at the beginning of your next upkeep").
