I did some searching in the Gatherer after seeing your post on the forum and found two creatures that might be interesting:Primeval Force and Spectral Force.

Swap Kalonian Hydra out for Spectral Force since it costs the same, becomes an 8/8 as soon as it attacks the first time, and will untap regardless of opponent. Superior in every category, in my opinion.

For Lurking Predators, I would argue that swapping out Regal Force or Primordial Sage would be best since you get a constant scry and "put onto battlefield" function for the same/1-less cost.
