Hey Balaam__ thanks for the upvote!
I like Larder Zombie because it's a solid blocker in the early game, but also has a quite relevant ability towards the mid-to-late game. The ability's cost is rather easily paid once we get our token zombies out (activated at opponent's end step), and at that point, we can make sure we're drawing what we want.
It doesn't quite deal with flyers though.... May need to further diversify the sideboard.

I like this, but I feel like Larder Zombie could be replaced with something better. What exactly, I’m not quite sure, but it just feels like it doesn’t contribute enough.

I’d recommend Aven Eternal over Scrapskin Drake, and Dreadhorde Invasion is pretty fly. Larder Zombie’s not insane but could push the deck a little further.
Overall I’d probably say drop some two-ofs for more three- and four-ofs, for consistency’s sake. Sibsig Host, Tattered Drake and Necromaster Dragon would be good candidates to ditch - just very expensive for effects which aren’t that incredible. Neat deck, good luck!
