Will Eldrazi Conscription be reduced if I have Eye of Ugin, Eldrazi Temple and Conduit of Ruin in game?

I'm thinking of buying a Eldrazi Conscription, since it's a Tribal Eldrazi spell, but not that sure if it will work the way I want.

Since Eldrazi Conscription has the subtype "Eldrazi", anything that interacts with Eldrazi cards (like Eye of Ugin, Eldrazi Temple, and Spawnsire of Ulamog) will be able to include it. The subtype is usually a creature type, but the Tribal card type allows noncreature cards to have creature types. This does not make them creatures however, so Conduit of Ruin has no interaction with the Conscription. Eye of Ugin also will not be able to search for it, since it's not a creature card.
