Will Dreadbore destroy an indestructible?

Could dreadbore deatroy a card with indestructible, like for instance stuffy doll?
I'm really curious, why do you think it would destroy an indestructible creature?

You cannot destroy is simply like any other card.
You would need to pull a card that can -1/-1 a target creature OR one that can exile it.
Disfigure and Path to Exile are good examples that can destroy indestructibles. And trust me, Stuffy Doll is the least of your worries, once an opponent lays down a Mogis, God of Slaughter , you have already lost.

No. Indestructible means cannot be destroyed. Destroy effects and lethal damage can't destroy something that is indestructible.
