So I use Whip of Erebos to reanimate Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant until end of turn. Since it flips because i have 30+ life, does the enchantment Exile at end of turn?

You are returning a creature card with the whip. Whatever happens to the card (barring going to the exile zone from other effects), it will be exiled at the end of the turn. That includes rune-tails and even gods like Erebos, God of the Dead (he will be exiled even if he does not have enough devotion to be a creature).
