What would Sculpting steel come onto the field as if it copied a Phyrexian metamorph?

Say that you have a Phyrexian Metamorph on the field as a copy of a Darksteel Colossus and you dropped a Sculpting Steel targeting the Metamorph. Would the sculpting steel come onto the field as a metamorph and have the ability to copy another target creature or artifact or would it just become another darksteel colossus?

First, Sculpting Steel doesn't target anything.

Second, when you create a copy of something, you copy all that object's copiable values, and you also apply any copy effects. Phyrexian Metamorph is a Blightsteel Colossus , so copying Phyrexian Metamorph will give you a Blightsteel Colossus .
