What happens when you use Eerie Ultimatum to bring back a planeswalker and Doubling Season ?

I cast Eerie Ultimatum and use it to bring back a Doubling Season and a Dovin Baan. Does the Dovin enter with 3 loyalty counters or 6?

Just 3. Starting loyalty counters are put onto a planeswalker as it enters the battlefield, which means you're doing it right before it actually gets there. In your example that means Doubling Season isn't on the battlefield yet at the time you determine how many starting loyalty counters to put onto Dovin Baan.
