Voice of Resurgence's tokens and Evolve

If I had out Voice of Resurgence and some how got a token from it and the tokens power/toughness was higher than a creature of mine with evolve, will it trigger the evolve?

Normally you'd want to give more information than this (exactly how you got the token, number of creatures you control, p/t of the evolve creature, ect), so I'll just extrapolate some simple numbers.

Say you have 3 creatures, a 1/1 Experiment One , Voice of Resurgence , and a Grizzly Bears . Your opponent Hero's Downfall 's the Voice and it dies. The token enters as a 3/3, so it'll have greater power or toughness than the Experiment, and trigger his evolve.
