If I have a Vesuvan Doppelganger can I keep cloning a card for its when it enters the battlefield ability for example Vesuvan Doppelganger clones Myr Battlesphere

No; Vesuvan Doppelganger will only enter the battlefield once without some outside help. When initially played, it can become a copy and use its enter-the-battlefield abilities it copes then.

Each subsequent time it "shifts" at the beginning of your upkeep into a different creature, it doesn't re-enter the battlefield. It is the same object despite having its characteristics change.

If you want to keep benefiting from enters-the-battlefield abilities, you will want something like Conjurer's Closet (flicker), Unsummon (bounce), or Mimic Vat (token copies).
