Emblems are created by a source - so far only a planeswalker - and from then on are independent of that source. They are owned and controlled by the player who put it into play. An emblem remains on the battlefield in the command zone, even if the source that put it there leaves.

Emblems with triggered abilities function much like permanents with triggered abilities - multiple instances of an emblem with such an ability stack. Each time a trigger event happens in the game, each emblem puts its triggered ability on the stack. The controller(s) of those emblems may order the triggers any way they choose, and each one is separate.

Therefore, your Venser emblem will stay on the battlefield for the rest of the game once his ultimate goes off. If you manage to get two out, both will stay and both will trigger.

Also, it's important to note that you don't "get to" exile something every time you cast a spell - you have to. It is not a may-trigger, and therefore you are forced to exile a target permanent per spell cast, per emblem.

Epo is the most correct. There is one thing that I don't see directly stated in his statement, however. Emblems like those created by Venser, the Sojourner and Elspeth, Knight-Errant or Koth of the Hammer are NOT permanents; they're emblems. There is currently nothing that can stop you from making use of an emblem, short of the game being reset, such as is done with Karn Liberated , because players cannot interact with things within the command zone except by placing emblems in there, or playing the abilities of cards that are in the command zone, such as a Commander, Planes, or Schemes.

Also, like Epo said, Venser's emblem ability is forced; you MUST exile a permanent whenever you cast a spell for each of that emblem you have. If your opponent(s) have no legal targets anymore, you MUST exile a legal target of your own, for each emblem, for each spell you cast, even if that means you must exile Venser.
