Two Avatar of the Resolutes/Reverent Hunters enter from Collected Company?

I've read that with stuff like Rite of Replication, if two or more creatures (lets say Allies) enter the battlefield, they all "see" each other when they enter, and their abilities happen simultaneously (5 copies of Ondu Cleric gains 180 life).

Does a similar thing happen with Collected Company? If a creature with a counter on it (lets say Servant of the Scale) is on the battlefield, and I cast Collected Company and choose two Avatar of the Resolutes, do both Avatars get two +1/+1 counters each? Or does the static ability use the stack so one gets 1 counter, and the other gets 2?

If there are no creatures on the battlefield and I hit two Reverent Hunters instead, do they get two counters each?

With Collected Company all creatures see each other when they enter. However; Avatar of the Resolute has a replacement effect that changes how they enter the battlefield (enter with counters as opposed to how creatures usually enter with none). This means that they look at the counters on creatures immediately before they enter. Each one would enter with 1 counter since they enter at the same time.

Two Reverent Hunters entering at the same time would put counters on themselves equal to your devotion to green. In this case as long as both are still on the field as the ability resolves would be 2.
