The Wanderer and Arcbond

If I have the spell Arcbond ready for intercepting damage from a bolt, would I be able to still use it while I have The Wanderer on the battlefield? Does prevention mean that it isn't even considered to exist with Arcbond ?

Arcbond only triggers of damage that is actually dealt. If the damage is prevented or replaced with another event, it will not trigger.
