Sanguine bond exquisite blood

If i have 1 Sanguine Bond and 1 Exquisite Blood on the field and i deal damage to my opponent Bump in the Night do they loop infinitely or not ?
Yes, these two will loop until there are no more opponents to drain life from (i.e. you win). Exquisite Blood will trigger when an opponent loses life, go on the stack, resolve, and cause you to gain life; Sanguine Bond will trigger when you gain life, go on the stack, resolve, and cause an opponent to lose life.
Remember that this is a mandatory set of actions, so if someone has an effect that keeps them from losing with 0 or less life (Platinum Angel, Phyrexian Unlife), they will continue to lose life infinitely, and you will continue to gain life infinitely, the loop will never end, the game will never progress forward, and it will be a draw.
