Sacing a Mirrorpool to copy a Fatal Push: when is revolt checked on fatal push

when does Fatal Push checks for revolt? Like is it on cast or at resolution? Because in my black eldrazi list I run 2 Mirrorpool to copy my creatures and spells and I was curious if I copied a Fatal Push would both copies be able to kill two Cmc 4 or less creature cards.
You'll also notice that it can target a creature it can't destroy. Part of the reason is so you can cast it when revolt is turned off and turn revolt on before it resolves (as you're doing in this example).

It checks on resolution.
