Rundvelt Hordemaster and Static debuffs

Say I control Rundvelt Hordemaster and some assorted 1/1 goblins.

My opponent casts Plague Engineer naming goblin. My Hordemaster will die first, and all my other goblins will immediately die thereafter.

Because it's all within the 'same' state-based time period, will Hordemaster trigger multiple times, or just once?

You will only get one trigger. It isn't the same SBA check that kills them all. SBAs are checked and the only thing that is killed is the Hordemaster. Then because a SBA was performed, SBAs are checked again and the rest of the goblins die. Despite a player not receiving priority the game still makes a distinction on the order of events.

The procedure of checking SBAs and then checking for triggers waiting to go on the stack before a player receives priority is restarted each time the checks actually do something.
