River Kelpie second ability

does River Kelpie's second ability pertain to unearth, flasback, etc...?
It's worth noting that cards with Unearth will trigger River Kelpie's first ability when they enter the battlefield, so you will still draw a card off of them (Unless Torpor Orb is out).

River Kelpie's second ability pertains to anything that may be cast from the graveyard. This includes cards with Flashback and cards like Gravecrawler, but not Unearth. Cards with Unearth (like Fatestitcher) are put onto the battlefield as activated abilities and are not cast, so they do not trigger River Kelpie's second ability.
