Prophet of Kruphix flash creature in response.

In 2hg my opponent has a Prophet of Kruphix and some slivers, each of them having flying because of Galerider Sliver .

My partner cast Windstorm for 3 total mana. Each Sliver is only a 2/2 at this point. My opponent cast a Megantic Sliver , I cast my Selesnya Charm to deal with the Megantic Sliver . What happens exactly?

Windstorm is cast and goes onto the stack.

In response, your opponent casts Megantic Sliver .

You need to let the sliver resolve so it is on the battlefield. Then, before Windstorm resolves, you play Selesnya Charm to exile it because it has power greater than 5. It is exiled, and then assuming nothing else happens,. Windstorm will resolve, dealing 3 damage to each creature with flying. Given the info you've provided, this will kill all the slivers in play, and possibly other things depending on which things are on the battlefield.
