Please ask your questions in a way that makes more sense.

Polymorphous Rush causes the target creatures to become copies of another creature of your choice. It doesn't switch creatures with one another.

It sounds like you're attacking with Kalonian Hydra , and your opponent blocks with a creature that is equipped with Godsend .

Godsend 's ability triggers. When the ability resolves, your opponent may exile Kalonian Hydra . You won't be able to cast Kalonian Hydra s for as long as Godsend is on the battlefield.

Polymorphous Rush doesn't actually do anything in this situation because Godsend 's ability checks the name of the card in exile, not the name of the card as it existed on the battlefield.

Lets say you block with Kalonian Hydra and to attempt to save it can you Polymorphous Rush to change it to Elvish Mystic Does it allow you to continue to cast Kalonian Hydra or does Godsend stop you from casting another Kalonian Hydra ?Sorry, does that make more sense?

As I stated in my answer, Polymorphous Rush doesn't make a difference. Godsend 's ability looks at the name of the card in exile, not the name of the card as it existed on the battlefield, and the name of the card in exile is Kalonian Hydra .
