Order of layers

Allright. So here's a scenario. My friend plays a commander deck with Xenagos, God of Revels. He drops a fatty, say Deus of Calamity, and boosts it with Xenagod, making it a 12/12 with trample and haste, and since we are playing multiplayer, I am holding on to my Turn to Frog until I see that he is going to attack me.
So here is the question: If I Turn his Deus to Frog, does it keep the boost from Xenagod? Is it now a 1/1 or a 7/7?
In case it keeps the boosts, I have a follow-up question:If he cast Rush of Blood before I decided to throw my TTF at him, making it a 24/12 (I let the Rush resolve). How big is it now afer my TTF?
Would the case be the same if I cast TTF in response to rush of blood? or would that make it a 14/7?

If you Turn to Frog in response to the Rush of Blood, then it would become a 7/7 before Rush resolves and a 14/7 after.
Basically, when Rush and Xenagod give a bonus based on the creatures power as the spell/triggered ability resolves. Changing the power afterwards won't change the bonus.

Oh, I got a bit confused. I should have known the answer to that question myself :P
Thank you for the fast responses.

He keeps the boosts. It will be a 7/7 in the first scenario and a 19/7 in the second. Effectsthat set base power and toughness are applied in layer 7b, but power and toughness boosts are applied after that in layer 7c, so you can't overwrite those with Turn to Frog.
