Melira, Sylvok OutcastMTG Card: Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Phyrexian UnlifeMTG Card: Phyrexian Unlife = We can't lose the game, execpt opponent has a card that say "you win the game". is that true?

Or if you deck out, but yeah, damage won't kill you.

By loss of life or poison counters, yes (if you can keep them on the field). All it would take is a NaturalizeMTG Card: Naturalize when you are sitting at 0 life for you to lose.

You can still lose by 'milling' yourself as well. That is when you have to draw from an empty library. So if you stall the game long enough and protect your combo, you can still lose once you run out of cards.

TL;DR, there are other ways to lose the game besides damage and poison counters, but with these two out, you couldn't lose for those reasons.

Several people like to run that combo with Soul ConduitMTG Card: Soul Conduit and switch life totals once they have hit 0. Combined with phyrexian mana, it's almost too easy to pull of sometimes. Cheap, but fun.

But as far as the question goes, no, you won't lose to combat damage effects.
