Launch the Fleet + Pearl Medallion Free Strive?

So it feels like a common sense conclusion, but I ask to be sure! If I have a card like Pearl Medallion or Cloud Key on the board and I cast Launch the Fleet, will the Strive cost be effectively free? Allowing me to then target each creature I control essentially? Or does the Strive cost stack?

Strive costs are paid for EACH target beyond the first and that cost is added to the cost of the spell. It is still just a single spell. Pearl Medallion and Cloud Key reduce the cost of spells by 1. So each reducer will let you target one creature for free. but the fourth and subsequent targets for Launch the Fleet you will have to pay for.
