Krark, the thumbler and cascade

If I have Krark, with no thumbs on the battlefield and I cast Throes of Chaos , if I get tails, do I still cascade, and if I get heads, Does the copy Cascade?

You will cascade once regardless of the result of the flip. Cascade is is cast trigger. The spell was stil cast even if it is returned to your hand. Copies of spells are not cast. Some effects, such as Isochron Scepter, will copy a card and then have you cast it. These effects will always specifically use the word "cast".
