Is there any other card(s) that can makes stuff legendary?

I know about Leyline of Singularity but I recently realised how it can be occasionally toxic and would like to know if there are any other alternatives.

sergiodelrio Damn, that's a bummer but thanks for your input. I couldn't even find any cards, let alone those two so I had to ask. Turning stuff lots of stuff legendary is a vital part of one of my decks so it seems I might just have to stick with the Leyline I have in the deck and warn people about it a lot better.

If you're doing it as part of a lock-down strategy for your opponents, Bazaar of Wonders and Eye of Singularity don't make things Legendary, specifically, but they troll from a similar angle. Note that since they're both World enchantments they can't be on the battlefield at the same time (the "World Rule" is a weird cousin to the "Legend Rule").

Rhadamanthus I literally just need something to make a lot of stuff Legendary and that's it lol. I don't want it to be Leyline of Singularity because it is kinda toxic against certain decks I frequently play against.
