Is there a standard white or green card that gives all your creatures infect? black works too.

That's just a side effect of Tainted Strike's hidden text:
"Defending player's life total suddenly becomes 10. There's nothing they can do about this."

No, there isn't. There's Phyresis and Corrupted Conscience , auras that give a specific creature infect, and Grafted Exoskeleton , which does the same as an equipment. But nothing gives infect en masse.
