Is Obelisk of Urd banned in Tiny Leaders?

Does anyone have a link to the most recent ban list?
You can find the up to date banlist for tiny leaders here I believe.

It doesn't need to be banned. You can't play it anyways because its CMC is greater than 3.

Obelisk of Urd is not eligible to be played in Tiny Leaders because it has a converted mana cost of 6 and every card in your Tiny Leaders deck needs to have a CMC of 3 or less. It doesn't need to be on the banlist because it doesn't follow the deck construction rules of the format.

I forgot to check the CMC and assumed that it was 3.

I'm actually going to use Glorious Anthem which suits my purposes better than Hall of Triumph as I won't be forced to choose a colour.

Obelisk of Urd is not banned. T/O's card legality system is bugged/out of date, because cards have to be entered and updated manually. Use Gatherer/official format sites to check legality.
