Interaction Between Fated Retribution and Biorhythm?

So my friend and I are in a game and it's my turn after declare attackers, I have a Monastery Swiftspear, (I'm playing boros) angel token out, and a darksteel mutated Wall of Omens. My friend (playing Simic elves) plays quicken into Biorhythm in response I play Fated Retribution, with no response every creature dies, I then pass priority and he Unsummons my Wall of Omens. With no response it resolves and so does Biorhythm, so did he win or is it a draw?

If no player controls any creatures, then Biorhythm will set each player's life total to 0. All players will lose the game simultaneously, resulting in a draw.
104.4a If all the players remaining in a game lose simultaneously, the game is a draw.
